Mango Pickles

Ingredients
- 1 gal green mangoes peeled and cut in halves
- 6 c water
- 2 c vinegar
- 4 c brown sugar
- 34 c Hawaiian salt
- 2 Tbsp red coloring
Directions
- Boil all ingredients except mangoes
- Add mangoes when mixture is cool
- Store in jars and refrigerate
