Mango Pickles

Ingredients

  • 1 gal green mangoes peeled and cut in halves
  • 6 c water
  • 2 c vinegar
  • 4 c brown sugar
  • 34 c Hawaiian salt
  • 2 Tbsp red coloring

Directions

  1. Boil all ingredients except mangoes
  2. Add mangoes when mixture is cool
  3. Store in jars and refrigerate
