Ingredients

  • 8 c potatoes cubed and cooked
  • 1 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup
  • 12 c milk
  • 12 c green pepper diced
  • 1 3 oz jar pimentos chopped
  • 12 stick margarine melted
  • 1 c Cheddar cheese grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 14 c fine bread crumbs

Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water
  2. Drain
  3. Dilute celery soup with milk and fold in potatoes and other ingredients except bread crumbs
  4. Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
