Manhattan PotatoesDifferent
Ingredients
- 8 c potatoes cubed and cooked
- 1 10 34 oz can cream of celery soup
- 12 c milk
- 12 c green pepper diced
- 1 3 oz jar pimentos chopped
- 12 stick margarine melted
- 1 c Cheddar cheese grated
- salt and pepper to taste
- 14 c fine bread crumbs
Directions
- Cook potatoes in boiling salted water
- Drain
- Dilute celery soup with milk and fold in potatoes and other ingredients except bread crumbs
- Place in greased casserole and sprinkle with bread crumbs
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
