Ingredients
- 7 manicotti shells
- 24 oz cottage cheese fat-free
- 8 oz Mozzarella cheese fat-free
- 1 27 12 oz Ragu light pasta sauce
- 1 14 12 oz can tomatoes
Directions
- Cook shells as directed on box
- Mix together cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese
- Mix chopped tomatoes into Ragu sauce Pour 1 cup of tomato sauce into a baking dish
- Stuff shells with cheese mixture and lay shells in dish
- Pour remaining sauce over shells
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
