Maple-Glazed Ham

Ingredients

  • 4 slices ham 3 oz each
  • 14 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Dijon-style mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler
  2. Place ham slices on broiler pan
  3. Combine syrup and mustard in small bowl
  4. Brush each slice with about 1 12 tsp of syrup mixture
  5. Broil 4 inches below heat about 4 minutes or until ham starts to brown
  6. Turn and brush with remaining syrup mixture
  7. Broil until browned
  8. Makes 4 servings
