Maple-Nut Chiffon Cake

Ingredients
- 2 14 c cake flour
- 34 c white sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 34 c brown sugar
- 12 c oil
- 5 egg yolks
- 34 c cold water
- 2 tsp maple flavoring
- 1 c 8 egg whites
- 12 tsp cream of tartar
Directions
- Sift together flour sugar baking powder and salt into small mixing bowl and add brown sugar
- Make a well in center in this order add oil egg yolks water and flavoring
- Beat until satin smooth
- Set aside
