Maple Cream Fruit Topping

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
  • 34 c maple syrup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp butter no substitutes
  • 1 c whipping cream whipped
  • assorted fresh fruit

Directions

  1. In saucepan combine flour syrup and egg until smooth
  2. Add butter bring to boil
  3. Boil and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened and bubbly
  4. Cover and refrigerate until completely cooled
  5. Fold in whipped cream
  6. Serve over fruit
