Sift the first 5 ingredients together in a mixing bowl
Make a well add Wesson oil egg yolks water and maple flavoring
Beat until smooth with spoon or mixer on medium speed
Add cream of tartar to egg whites in large mixing bowl Beat until whites are very stiff then pour egg yolk mixture gradually over beaten egg whites gently folding with rubber scraper just until blended
Pour into ungreased 10 x 14-inch tube pan
Bake at 325 for 55 minutes then at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
