Maple Pralines

Ingredients
- 2 c white sugar
- 1 c dark brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp white corn syrup
- 3 tsp maple flavoring
- pinch of salt
- 1 c whipping cream
- 3 c or more pecans
Directions
- Cook sugars syrup cream and salt over high heat until mixture forms a soft ball 235 when dropped in water
- Remove from heat Add flavoring and pecans
- Beat until creamy
- Drop from spoon onto waxed paper
