Marbled Angel Food Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 box angel food cake mix
  • 14 c Hershey cocoa

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Prepare cake according to package directions
  3. Measure 4 cups of batter into separate bowl Gradually fold cocoa into batter until well blended be careful not to deflate batter
  4. Alternately pour vanilla and chocolate batters into ungreased tube pan
  5. Cut through batter with knife to marble batter
  6. Bake 30 to 35 minutes do not underbake
  7. Invert pan on heatproof funnel or bottle
  8. Cool for 2 hours
  9. Run knife along sides to loosen cake place on platter
  10. May be eaten plain or drizzled with chocolate glaze
