Marbled Double Chocolate Cheesecake Squares

Ingredients

  • 12 c 1 stick butter softened
  • 1 c sugar divided
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 c all-purpose flour
  • 14 c Hersheys cocoa
  • 2 pkg 8 oz each cream cheese softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 c Hersheys Chocolate Shoppe topping at room temperature
  • 14 c Hersheys semi-sweet chocolate chips melted

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350
  2. Line 8 or 9-inch square baking pan with foil extending edges over sides of pan
  3. In a small mixing bowl beat butter 12 cup sugar and salt until smooth
  4. Stir together flour and cocoa gradually add to butter mixture beating until soft dough is formed
  5. Press dough onto bottom of prepared pan Beat cream cheese and remaining 12 cup sugar until smooth
  6. Add eggs and vanilla blend well
