Marbled Haupia
Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut milk frozen
- cornstarch
- salt
- sugar
- water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbsp cocoa or chocolate syrup
Directions
- Cook haupia as directed on the back of the coconut milk can uses cornstarch salt sugar and water
- Add vanilla after haupia is cooked
- Take out 1 cup of cooked haupia and stir chocolate into it more for extra dark chocolate
- Pour remaining haupia in a pan
- Drizzle chocolate mixture over poured pan of white haupia
- Pull a knife zigzag through the haupia to marbleize the chocolate
- Refrigerate to set
