MarchetaS Peach Cake

Ingredients

• 2 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 12 c oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp soda
• 4 c peaches if frozen peaches used drain
• 2 c flour

Directions

1. Mix first 6 ingredients together
2. Add flour dough will be stiff
3. Add peaches drained if frozen fruit is used
4. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch pan
5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while slightly warm
6. May be topped with whipped topping when served if desired
