MargaretS Eclair Cake

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 c sugar
- 13 c cocoa
- 14 c milk
- graham crackers nearly a box
- 2 small pkg French vanilla instant pudding
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 3 c milk
Directions
- Mix pudding Cool Whip and milk
- Layer 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers then with pudding mixture alternate twice ending with crackers
- Pour chocolate sauce over all
- Refrigerate
