MarianneS Big Batch Bran Muffins

Ingredients

• 15 oz box Raisin Bran
• 3 c sugar
• 5 c flour
• 5 tsp soda
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c oil
• 4 beaten eggs
• 1 qt buttermilk

Directions

1. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl
2. Add oil buttermilk and eggs
3. Mix to combine well
4. Store in covered container in refrigerator
5. Use as needed
6. Never stir after first mixing Bake at 400 for 15 to 20 minutes
