MarieS Walnut Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lb brown sugar
• 12 lb butter whipped
• 1 c finely chopped walnuts
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 eggs
• 3 12 c flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp baking soda

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add nuts eggs and vanilla
3. Use a separate bowl sift flour soda and salt
4. Mix contents of two bowls together mixture may stick to hands
5. Sprinkle lightly with flour until stops sticking
6. Make 4 or 5 logs
7. Wrap in wax paper Put in freezer overnight
8. Slice cookies very thin
9. Place on a cookie sheet
10. Bake 6 minutes at 350
11. Yield
12. 6 to 7 dozen cookies
