MarilynS Squash Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 c cooked yellow squash
- 1 carrot grated
- 12 c onion grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned crumbs
- 4 Tbsp margarine
Directions
- Mash
- squash
- Mix with other ingredients except crumbs and margarine
- Put
- in
- casserole
- dish
- a layer of crumbs a layer of
- squash mixture
- Top with crumbs and dot with margarine
- Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
- Can be frozen
