Marinade A La Greque
Ingredients
- 34 c white wine
- 12 c minced onion
- 14 c minced green pepper
- 14 c olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tsp oregano
- 14 tsp thyme
- 14 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large dish
- Marinate beef chicken or lamb
- You may also use firm fleshed fish steaks
