Marinated Carrots

Ingredients
- 5 c cooked carrots sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 34 c vinegar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 small bell pepper chopped
- 12 c cooking oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c sugar
- 1 Tbsp pepper
Directions
- Cook carrots until tender and cool
- Mix remaining ingredients into carrots Place in refrigerator and let set 12 hours or more Yields 12 gallon or enough for 25 people
