Marinated Cheese Squares

Ingredients

• 1 bottle Dijon vinaigrette dressing
• 1 small jar chopped pimentos
• 2 Cracker Barrel cheese blocks
• 2 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• Wheat Thins or other serving cracker

Directions

1. Cut cheeses into 1 inch squares about 12 inch thick
2. Cover with dressing and pimentos and marinate several hours or overnight Serve in shallow serving dish with crackers
