Marinated Chuck
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Accent
- 14 c catsup
- 1 tsp mustard
- 14 tsp black pepper
- 13 c vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- sliced mushrooms
- sliced green peppers optional
Directions
- Mix first three ingredients together first so mustard doesnt clump
- Mix rest
- Pour over chuck steaks or Spencer steaks Marinate 2 to 3 hours
- Barbecue or broil
