Marinated Fish Kabobs
Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh or frozen haddock fillets
- 3 Tbsp cooking oil
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 green onions scallions finely chopped
- 2 cloves fresh garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp dried mustard
- 18 tsp black pepper
- 1 large green bell pepper
- 6 whole mushroom caps
- 12 cherry tomatoes
Directions
- Thaw fish if frozen
- Cut fish into 1-inch pieces
- To make marinade
- combine oil soy sauce scallions garlic brown sugar dried mustard and black pepper
- Place fish pieces in marinade Cover and let stand at room temperature for 1 hour
