Marinated Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c vinegar
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 12 c water
- 2 16 oz cans green beans
- 2 medium onions thinly sliced and separated into rings
Directions
- Combine sugar vinegar oil and water in a medium saucepan Boil for 2 minutes
- Combine beans and onion rings add hot marinade
- Set aside to cool
- Refrigerate and marinate at least overnight
- Yield
- 6 to 8 servings
- Excellent for low-fat diets
