Marinated Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms
- 1 medium onion
- 1 bottle red Italian wine sauce
Directions
- Wash mushrooms and slice in half
- Saute onion and mushrooms until tender
- Pour into dish and pour Italian wine over the mushrooms
- Let stand overnight
