Marinated Rabbit

Ingredients
- 1 rabbit dressed
- 12 c melted margarine
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 12 c lemon juice
- 14 c soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
- 12 tsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Cut rabbit into serving size pieces
- Cover with marinade containing the ingredients and marinate overnight at room temperature
- Save the marinade and brown the meat in a baking pan at 375 for about 30 minutes
