Marinated Round Steak
Ingredients
- 2 lb round steak
- 2 Tbsp canola oil
- 3 Tbsp fresh tarragon chopped or 1 Tbsp dry
- salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire
- 3 cloves garlic pureed
- 2 fresh tomatoes chopped
- 1 c cooking sherry or white wine
Directions
- Saute garlic in canola oil 2 minutes add tarragon tomatoes and sherry and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat
- Add salt pepper and Worcestershire sauce
- Pour over steak and marinate 3 to 6 hours turning once in a while
- Barbecue as usual basting with sauce freely
