Marinated Sirloin Roast

Ingredients
- 13 c wine vinegar
- 13 c cooking sherry
- 14 c catsup
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 14 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp salt pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and pour over roast
- Turn roast over in sauce and cover all sides
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight
- Bake in slow oven at 325
