Marinated Steak

Ingredients

• 12 c Newmans Own Olive Oil Vinegar dressing
• 2 cloves crushed garlic
• 1 large onion cut up
• 1 large sirloin steak 1 12 inches thick
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Combine dressing garlic onion and a dash of salt and pepper in a shallow glass dish Add steak turn to coat with marinade Refrigerate for several hours turning steak occasionally Just before serving preheat broiler or grill Drain steak broil or grill
