Marinated Vegetables
Ingredients
- 14 c lemon juice
- 14 c vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 12 tsp oregano
- 18 tsp pepper
- 4 c assorted fresh vegetables carrots cauliflower cherry tomatoes zucchini onion broccoli cucumber green beans etc
Directions
- Mix the first six ingredients
- Place cut up vegetables in 1 12-quart shallow baking dish
- Pour sauce over vegetables and mix
- Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight
