Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 10 oz can tomato soup
  • 12 c salad oil
  • 12 c vinegar
  • 34 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 1 large bunch carrots
  • 2 large peppers
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 large head cauliflower

Directions

  1. Cut carrots in rings
  2. Cook in salt water until tender but firm
  3. Drain
  4. Cut up other vegetables and add to carrots
  5. Bring rest of ingredients to a boil
  6. Remove from heat
  7. Add all vegetables
  8. This will keep for 2 or 3 weeks in the refrigerator
