Maritime Seafood Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 c onion chopped
- 3 c celery chopped
- 3 Tbsp salt
- 14 tsp pepper
- 4 c milk
- 34 c flour
- 12 c butter
- 1 lb cheese slices
- 1 lb lobster
- 12 lb crabmeat
- 34 lb cooked shrimp
- 1 lb cooked scallops quartered
Directions
- Saute onion and celery in 3 tablespoons butter
- In a large saucepan melt 12 cup of butter
- Blend in flour salt and pepper Gradually stir in milk
- Cook stirring constantly until thickened
- Remove from heat and add onion celery and cheese Stir until cheese is melted then add seafoods
- Pour into a large casserole or individual dishes
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 for about 30 minutes or until browned and bubbly
- Serves 6 to 8
