MarlaS Butter Pecan Carrots

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches small carrots
  • 1 oz pure maple syrup
  • 12 c pecans chopped
  • 3 Tbsp butter

Directions

  1. Peel carrots and cut into 1 12-inch pieces
  2. Boil until tender 20 minutes
  3. Remove from heat drain and add butter Stir to coat all carrots
  4. Add maple syrup and put mixture in a baking dish
  5. Add pecans and cover
  6. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Stir to coat
  7. Sprinkle with parsley
