MarlaS Butter Pecan Carrots

Ingredients
- 2 bunches small carrots
- 1 oz pure maple syrup
- 12 c pecans chopped
- 3 Tbsp butter
Directions
- Peel carrots and cut into 1 12-inch pieces
- Boil until tender 20 minutes
- Remove from heat drain and add butter Stir to coat all carrots
- Add maple syrup and put mixture in a baking dish
- Add pecans and cover
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes Stir to coat
- Sprinkle with parsley
