Marshmallow Cloud Cookies
Ingredients
- 3 c flour
- 23 c unsweetened cocoa
- 12 tsp baking soda
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar packed firm
- 1 c softened butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 8 oz mini-marshmallows frozen
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Keep marshmallows frozen until ready to use they thaw quickly
- Combine flour cocoa and soda
- Set aside
- Combine sugars blend in butter
- Add eggs and vanilla Beat until light and fluffy
- Add flour mixture and chocolate chips
- Blend at low speed
- Batter will be stiff
- Gather 4 to 5 frozen marshmallows in your hand
- Cover with heaping teaspoonful of dough
- Wrap marshmallows in dough making a 2 inch ball
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes
