Marshmallow Cream Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 12 c sugar
  • 23 c evaporated milk
  • 14 c butter or margarine
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 1 12 oz pkg or 2 c Nestle semi-sweet real chocolate morsels
  • 12 c chopped nuts optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  1. In a medium saucepan combine marshmallow cream sugar evaporated milk butter and salt cook over medium heat
  2. Bring mixture to a boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly
  3. After boiling for 5 minutes add chocolate morsels and remove from heat Stir well until smooth
  4. Add vanilla and nuts
  5. Pour into 8-inch square pan
  6. Refrigerate about 2 hours
  7. Makes 2 14 pounds Enjoy
