Marshmallow Cream Fudge
Ingredients
- 1 jar marshmallow cream
- 1 12 c sugar
- 23 c evaporated milk
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 12 oz pkg or 2 c Nestle semi-sweet real chocolate morsels
- 12 c chopped nuts optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- In a medium saucepan combine marshmallow cream sugar evaporated milk butter and salt cook over medium heat
- Bring mixture to a boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly
- After boiling for 5 minutes add chocolate morsels and remove from heat Stir well until smooth
- Add vanilla and nuts
- Pour into 8-inch square pan
- Refrigerate about 2 hours
- Makes 2 14 pounds Enjoy
