Marshmallow Fudge Bars
Ingredients
- 1 c shortening
- 2 c sugar
- 4 eggs
- 14 tsp salt
- 1 12 c flour
- 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp cocoa
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 12 c nuts
- miniature marshmallows
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except marshmallows
- Spread on a 10 x 15-inch greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes Remove from oven cover with marshmallows
- Return to oven for 3 minutes or until marshmallows are soft
- Cool
- Frost with your favorite chocolate frosting
