Marshmallow Krispie Wreaths
Ingredients
- 14 c butter or margarine
- 5 c Rice Krispies
- 12 lb marshmallows 32 count or 3 c miniature marshmallows
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 12 c chopped candied cherries
- dash of green food coloring
Directions
- Melt butter in 3 quart saucepan add marshmallows and cook over low heat until melted stirring constantly
- Add food coloring until green
- Remove from heat and stir in Rice Krispies nuts and cherries
- Shape into two wreaths while still warm on greased wax paper
- Decorate with cherries sliced in quarters like flower pedals or colored jimmies
- Slice when serving
