Marshmallow Puffs

Ingredients

• 1 12 c flour
• 12 tsp baking soda
• 12 c sugar
• 12 c crushed pineapple
• 12 c chopped walnuts
• 1 egg
• 1 stick oleo

Directions

1. Mix sugar oleo and egg and cream well
2. Add pineapple flour baking soda and nuts
3. Mix well
4. Drop by 12 teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet
5. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
6. When cookie is baked put 12 marshmallow on each sticky side down while resting on oven door
7. Put back in oven 1 second
8. Remove and cool on cloth
9. Frost cookie dip in coconut and put cherry on top
