Marshmallow Salad

Ingredients

• 2 egg yolks
• 2 Tbsp. water
• 2 Tbsp. vinegar
• 1 (No. 2) can chunk pineapple
• 1 small bottle cherries
• 1 (16 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
• 1 c. pecans
• 1 pt. whipping cream

Directions

1. Mix egg
2. yolks,
3. water and
4. vinegar
5. and cook in small heavy saucepan
6. until
7. thickened.
8. Cool. Whip whipping cream and add to cool
9. egg mixture.
10. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Put in large mixing bowl and refrigerate overnight.
