Mary BradshawS Bourbon Hot Dogs

Ingredients

  • 5 lb hot dogs
  • 1 qt catsup
  • 2 c brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 c bourbon

Directions

  1. Cut hog dogs in bite size pieces
  2. Put on cookie sheet in 350 oven just until cuts are sealed
  3. Mix catsup sugar rosemary oregano basil and bourbon and bring to a boil
  4. Add hot dogs Best to do day before so flavor can set in
