Mary MayS Pecan Candy-Cake

Ingredients

• 2 12 c cake flour
• 1 12 c sugar
• 1 c milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 stick butter or oleo
• 3 tsp baking powder
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar
2. Add eggs mix well
3. Add flour that has been sifted with salt and baking powder alternately with milk
4. Add vanilla
5. Pour into three 8 or 9-inch pans
6. Bake at 375 20 to 25 minutes
