Maryland Crab Cakes
Ingredients
- 14 c cracker or bread crumbs
- 1 large egg beaten
- 14 c mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 tsp Dijon mustard
- 12 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1 Tbsp onion minced
- 1 Tbsp celery minced
- 2 Tbsp parsley chopped
- 1 lb crabmeat
- olive oil
- paprika
Directions
- Pick through crabmeat to remove cartilage
- Mix together all ingredients except crabmeat in medium bowl
- Gently fold in crab
- Shape into 8 crab cakes and place on lightly oiled cookie sheet
- Sprinkle with paprika place under preheated broiler until golden brown about 7 minutes
