MaryS Coca-Cola CakeAKA MaryS Pinnacle Turn-Around

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2 c sugar
• 1 12 c miniature marshmallows
• 12 c oil
• 12 c margarine
• 4 Tbsp cocoa
• 1 c Cola drink
• 12 c buttermilk
• 1 tsp soda
• 2 eggs beaten

Directions

1. Sift together flour and sugar set aside
2. In a saucepan put shortening oil margarine cocoa and Cola
3. Bring to a boil and heat until margarine melts
4. Add marshmallows after you remove from heat stir and pour over flour mixture
5. Stir in butter milk soda and eggs
6. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until cake tests done
7. Remove from oven and cool in pan
8. Cake may crumble slightly
9. This can be baked in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan but it will take slightly longer to bake
