Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 2 8 oz cans mushroom pieces
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 6 oz can tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 lb shredded cheese
- 2 Tbsp shortening
- 23 c chopped green pepper
- 12 tsp pepper
- 2 10 oz cans condensed tomato soup
- 23 c water
- 1 8 oz pkg wide noodles
Directions
- Brown meat add onion green pepper mushrooms and seasonings Cook until vegetables are tender
- Add tomato soup and paste water and Worcestershire sauce
- Cook noodles until tender drain and rinse
- In large dish well-greased spread half of noodles cover with half of meat mixture and sprinkle with half of cheese Repeat
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes
