Mashed Potato Candy

Ingredients

• 2 Tbsp hot mashed potatoes
• 1 tsp vanilla
• pinch of salt
• powdered sugar
• peanut butter

Directions

1. Stir powdered sugar into potato vanilla and salt mixture until dough resembles pie crust
2. Place between sheets of waxed paper and flatten until 1-inch thick
3. Spread with peanut butter Cut into bite size candy
4. Store in covered container
