Mashed Potato Candy

Ingredients

• 34 c hot mashed potatoes
• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 1 lb coconut
• 2 or 3 drops almond extract

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients let stand in refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes
2. Form small balls chill overnight
3. Dip in melted Hershey bars or almond bark
