Mashed Potato CasseroleServes 6 To 8
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 large potatoes
- 13 c sour cream
- 1 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- 14 c margarine
- 14 c milk or enough to desired consistency
- 18 tsp dill weed or seed
- 2 tsp chives chopped
- 1 c chopped broccoli one 10 oz box frozen cooked and drained
- 12 c grated cheese
Directions
- Cook and mash potatoes
- Add sour cream salt pepper margarine and milk
- Beat until fluffy
- Add dill weed or seed chives and broccoli
- Place in greased casserole and top with cheese
- Bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes
- Can be made a day or two ahead and refrigerated
