Mashed Potato Filling
Ingredients
- olive oil
- 1 large onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cloves garlic
- dash of poultry seasoning
- bag of bread filling or cubes
- 4 or 5 large potatoes
- 2 beaten eggs
- milk
- butter

- Saute in olive oil onion celery garlic and poultry seasoning
- Mix with bread
