Matzoh Balls

Ingredients

• 1 Tbsp chicken fat
• 1 Tbsp cold water
• 1 egg
• 14 c matzoh meal
• 14 tsp salt
• 18 tsp pepper

Directions

1. Cream fat and add egg water and matzoh meal beat well
2. Add seasonings and place in refrigerator overnight
