Mayonnaise

Ingredients

• 34 c sugar
• 12 c vinegar
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp butter more or less

Directions

1. Cook all ingredients together until thick then thin with sweet cream when ready to use
