Mayonnaise Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp soda
- 1 12 tsp baking powder
- 4 Tbsp cocoa
- 1 c water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c mayonnaise
Directions
- Mix flour soda sugar baking powder and cocoa in bowl
- Stir thoroughly then add water mayonnaise and vanilla
- Stir enough to mix
- Bake at 350 for 35 minutes in two 9-inch layer pans or 1 hour in tube pan
- Pans should be greased and floured
- Cool cake
