Meat And Pickle Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 1 lb beef big bologna
• salad dressing
• 10 sweet gherkin sweet pickles
• salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. Using an old fashion grinder grind meat and pickles into casserole dish
2. Salt and pepper to taste
3. Add 3 or 4 tablespoons of salad dressing and mix
4. May substitute sweet relish or dill pickles for sweet pickles
5. Spread on bread and cut sandwiches diagonally in quarters
6. Serve on a platter
