Meat And Potato Cakes

Ingredients

• 1 lb hamburger
• 3 Tbsp barbecue sauce if wanted
• 1 small onion grated
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 Tbsp grated Cheddar cheese
• hot mashed potatoes seasoned

Directions

1. Mix ground beef with sauce onion and salt
2. Shape into patties Brown on each side
3. Put hot potatoes on each patty Sprinkle with cheese and brown or until cheese melts
