  • 1 rib celery
  • 3 toes garlic chopped
  • 12 bell pepper chopped
  • 1 c diced carrots
  • 2 c water
  • 1 medium to large potato peeled and diced
  • 12 c flour
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper or red pepper to taste
  • 14 c oil

Directions

  1. In a nonstick pot put enough oil to coat bottom of pot Dredge meat in flour with salt and pepper
  2. Heat oil and add meat Cook until brown Add any leftover flour to pot
  3. Stir in onion celery bell pepper and garlic Cover and lower heat to simmer Cook 12 hour Add water carrots potatoes salt and pepper Cook slowly 1 hour
  4. Adjust seasoning Serve over cooked rice
